W.o.M.a.N is seeking aligned, heart-centered volunteers to facilitate sessions within our
Self-Worth Building Blocks virtual program.
This is a structured, trauma-informed 6-week group experience designed to help women rebuild confidence, strengthen boundaries, and reclaim their voice in a safe and supportive environment.
Cohort Dates: Tuesday, April 21, 2026 – Tuesday, May 26, 2026
Schedule: Every Tuesday
Time: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST
Format: Live Virtual Sessions
Selected volunteer facilitators will be assigned to lead two 90-minute sessions during this cohort using the provided curriculum and structured session guide.
Week 1: Understanding Self-Worth and Personal Value
Week 2: Boundaries Without Guilt
Week 3: Rewriting Negative Self-Talk
Week 4: Assertive Communication
Week 5: Confidence in Action
Week 6: Integration and Personal Commitment
Session assignments will be based on experience and program needs.

• Are committed to professional and ethical boundaries
• Can commit to facilitating two 90-minute sessions during the April 21 – May 26, 2026 cohort
• Experience leading within a structured, healing-centered program
• Access to professionally developed facilitator guides and materials
• Leadership visibility within a growing women-centered nonprofit
• Opportunity to contribute to meaningful community impact
At the conclusion of the program, participants may request facilitator contact information if they desire continued one-on-one support. Any independent services are arranged privately and are not managed or supervised by W.o.M.a.N.
This facilitator role is volunteer-based for the April 21 – May 26, 2026 cohort.
Selected volunteers will be required to sign a Volunteer Facilitator Agreement outlining responsibilities, confidentiality expectations, curriculum adherence, and ethical boundaries.
Any private coaching or consulting services offered outside of the W.o.M.a.N program are independent services and are not financially connected to the organization. By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these conditions.
