About W.o.M.a.N
W.o.M.a.N is a newly formed nonprofit corporation in Virginia dedicated to helping women heal, reclaim, and become their most empowered selves. While we have not yet filed for federal tax-exempt status, we are preparing to submit our 501(c)(3) application in the coming months.

W.o.M.a.N’s mission is to help women heal, reclaim, and become whole. Our workshops, materials, and programs are designed to offer emotional wellness, self-worth rebuilding, and spiritual growth — not medical treatment or clinical therapy.
Educational Purpose Only
All programs, materials, and coaching sessions offered by W.o.M.a.N are for personal growth and educational purposes. They are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical care.
No Professional-Client Relationship
Participation in our programs or accessing materials does not establish a therapist-client or medical relationship with W.o.M.a.N or its facilitators.
Some facilitators may be licensed professionals but serve solely in an educational, coaching, or mentorship capacity within our programs.
