Thank you for your interest in serving as a founding board member of W.o.M.a.N (Working on Making a New WoMaN). We are a new, healing-centered, community-rooted nonprofit based in Richmond, Virginia. Our mission is to help women reclaim their self-worth, confidence, and voice through holistic and spiritually grounded programming.

While our vision is national and global, we are beginning here—piloting programs and building community in the Richmond area.

Though not a religious nonprofit, we do include Christian prayer in our board meetings and public gatherings as part of our grounding practice. As a founding board member, you will play a key role in shaping the vision, culture, and foundation of W.o.M.a.N for years to come.
