Our focus is on providing a safe and supportive environment where women can access a range of services including private and group sessions, workshops, community support, networking, yoga classes, and wellness activities

A structured curriculum focused on rebuilding confidence, developing boundaries, and practicing assertiveness in everyday life. Ideal for women who have experienced emotional harm, self-esteem challenges, or people-pleasing tendencies. This program is especially supportive for women like me who are on a healing journey and seeking to reclaim their voice, honor their worth, and break free from cycles of over giving.
Registration: September 2025
Duration: 6 weeks (Virtual or Hybrid -1.5 to 2 hours)
A trauma-informed, multi-week journey designed to guide women from emotional pain toward healing and wholeness. Each session integrates therapeutic practices, life coaching, and expressive arts to support emotional processing, identifying reclamation, and self-discovery.
This program will start: Spring 2026
A support hub designed to uplift women who are caring for others while honoring their own physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. This program acknowledges the burnout, guilt, and self-neglect many caregivers face — and creates space for them to receive, rest, and reconnect
with themselves. Duration: 6 weeks series or monthly sessions. This program will start: Summer 2026
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions facilitated by licensed therapists, counselors and life coaches.
- Focus on addressing trauma, mental health challenges, and personal development goals.
- Offer specialized support groups for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other traumatic experiences.
- Foster a supportive community where women can connect, share experiences, and build relationships.
- Facilitate networking opportunities with local employers, mentors, and community leaders.
- Provide ongoing support and encouragement through peer mentoring and support groups.
- Organize regular yoga classes aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being.
- Offer meditation and mindfulness sessions to support stress reduction and relaxation.
- Provide access to resources on nutrition, exercise, and holistic wellness practices.
