I’ve been leading women for close to a decade and have proven methods to help you meet your goals, in a judgement free and safe space. This isn’t about changing you, it’s about becoming the very best you.

My names is LaKisa. As a dedicated advocate and seasoned professional, I bring over 23 years of experience. My journey began as an entry-level employee, where I worked and was coached to the position of Vice President. Through remarkable leadership and dedication, I now spearhead initiatives to help others prepare for life and leadership. I am the CEO and founder of Inspired Leadership Coaching Services, LLC, where I coach leaders to be intentional in their leadership. My commitment to helping others extends beyond the professional realm. Creating safe spaces for women to be vulnerable and transform their lives.

I hold a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science from Bluefield College. My leadership and mental health background further enhances my ability to support and guide my clients.

Through my coaching practice, I am passionate about empowering individuals to unlock their full potential and achieve their personal and professional goals. I believe in the transformative power of a growth mindset and am committed to guiding my clients through their journeys of self-discovery and growth.
