FACILITATOR APPLICATION FORM

This facilitator opportunity is volunteer-based for the April 21 – May 26, 2026 Self-Worth Building Blocks cohort. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. 

Facilitators will be selected based on alignment with W.o.M.a.N’s mission, facilitation experience, availability, and program needs.

Selected facilitators will be required to sign a Volunteer Facilitator Agreement outlining responsibilities, confidentiality expectations, curriculum adherence, intellectual property protections, and ethical boundaries.

Any private 1-on-1 services offered after the program are independent of W.o.M.a.N and are not supervised, managed, or financially connected to the organization.  By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these conditions.
